5-stars all the way. The technician was very new but unbelievably detailed. He was sure to do everything by the book. I’m super impressed and happy with the job. I clean my own carpets; but only with a carpet spotter. There is no substitute for a professional cleaning. This is the way to go if you want really clean carpets.

Easy to make appt. online, text, e-mail, and phone confirmation. Technician Erik called on way & even earlier than appt. time. Did walk through with shoe covers on. Showed me what I ordered & price up front. Showed me sample area.... looked great. Pretreat smelled like oranges & really fresh. Did FANTASTIC job. House looks & smells great. Thanks to WFMS for recommending.

We have used Zerorez many times and keep coming back because they have such professional people, Brandon, who really want to help get the carpet as clean as possible. I really appreciate the email notifications and reminders and the phone call 30 minutes before arrival. Brandon was very prompt and went right to work after we went over what needed to be done. I am very happy with the results and will use them again!
