RecommendedSecond time using zerorez, very happy with the customer service. Tech Thomas was on time, called prior to appt to let me know arrival time, did a nice job of explaining and showing me everything he did. Pleased to see they used corner protectors. My carpets are 12 years old and they cleaned up nicely. Very happy that all the small stain areas were removed! Would recommend them and will be using them again in the future!

Everything was very good. Tevin called early, arrived right on time and was able to complete the job in less time than expected. Old stains came out and our very old carpet looks great. Tevin explained everything including drying time The only negative would be that I had booked 4 rooms and a hall and I really only had 3 rooms and a hall. One room is quite large. Price could not be adjusted so I did overpay for the actual space cleaned Would use again And would recommend!

I questioned the technicians prior to them leaving as I was concerned about how wet are carpet was. They assured me it would be dry in a few hours. It took well over 24 hours to dry with fans on. When I went upstairs, stairs were soaking wet. I blotted an area and it was dirty looking water on the paper towel. Very disappointed.
