Zerorez called first, showed up on time, was courteous, explained every step, protected our other flooring, walls and the big furniture we didn't move off of the carpet. They cleaned efficiently and the carpet looks great. They definitely got out 3 years of kid and pet wear! The carpet doesn't look brand new, we knew it wouldn't, but it's definitely presentable! Oh, and they were able to accommodate an appointment before we have guests over next week. Thank you! PS Zac, our technician, was great!

Quick and friendly. Carpets look better! Great price and I was able to schedule my visit the same week that I called.
Will not be using again. Had carpets cleaned and weird stripes were left behind. Wanted to vacumn several times before calling to inquire, to see if the vacumning took care of the issue. Granted I am 3 days out or 30 day warranty, I would expect customer service to consider this after I explained that I had wanted to be able to vacumn several times before calling. They did offer to come out at an additional charge, not what I was expecting.

Last year I tried Stanley steamer for grout cleaning and was so disappointed with the results. Your grout cleaning was a thousand times better! I can't believe how much cleaner my floor looks after neglecting the grout for far too long!
