I have been hearing great things about this company. They are a joke called to schedule a cleaning and you can't anyone out for weeks. My pet had an accident on carpet and I heard they were great, well that was a lie!! Won't be using their services. They wanted to charge $132 for one room and more charges for pet stains.

Barbara, we're sorry we aren't able to accommodate your needs in the near term. Our current 3 room special is $139 (pre-treat, clean and sanitize 3 rooms of carpet).
Do not waste your time or money. I spent close to $600 to have two areas of carpet cleaned and can still smell dog urine. The technician should have been honest and said that the smell probably wasn't going to come out. My $600 would have been much better spent replacing the carpets. I tried contacting the manager only to be ignored. Not great customer service and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Although the carpet was clean - it was extremely damp over 24 hours later causing our guests to slip on the tile after being on the carpet. Zach did good. IF I did use them again, I would not do it if we were having company.
I heard about Zerorez on WIBC and liked the fact they cleaned with empowerd water instead of detergents and chemicals. I had them clean my carpet and it looks and feels new. Zach, the technician was knowledgable, informative and professional. I highly recommend them. I'll definitely call them again. I asked to see what they had extracted from my carpet and was appalled at the dirt that was removed!
Luke did a fantastic job. Honest review. Carpets look great !!!!! Luke super friendly and kept us in the loop at all times. Fee quoted is what was charged. No hidden fees. Did not try to sell us more services. If you want carpets cleaned well and great service, asked for Luke when you call.
We had heard the commercials about Zerorez and decided to give them a try. The one issue I had with them is that I did not receive a call 2 days in advance with the time frame of when the technician would be out. When the technician (Patrick) called to say he was on his way I explained the situation to him and asked if we could be moved to a later time.
