Carpets they do good but they took my round rug and said nothing about not being able to get the stain out. They charged me 400 dollars and drilled it back off with the stains. They said that their "waiver" mentions no guarantee but that's not how their tech made it seem like when he took my rug. Will never use them again mainly due to their poor customer service after 3 years of using them.

Zerorez is great! Got an appointment for 2 days after I called. Andy was wonderful. He called to let me know he was on his way. He was very courteous, thorough and efficient. He explained each step and verified prices before he started. Did a wonderful job. Our carpets and area rugs look and smell great! Thank you Andy and Zerorez!

Erik came to do my carpets. He explained everything and was very polite. I would request him again
I love Zero Rez. Seriously. The ONLY company I trust to clean the carpets. I've tried other places and after they were done, my carpets would get dirtier because the residue would attract more dirt. Because Zero Rez doesn't use weird detergents... they don't leave ANY residue behind. My carpets are clean, there's no chemicals and our grandson can crawl around with no worries. I love these guys!
This is the 2nd time I have used Zerorez and will use them EVERY TIME I need my carpet or upholstery clean!!! I Highly recommend Zerorez!!! ��

Zach was great, you have a wonderful employee there, hang on to him! Carpets and tile look brand new again. Even the spots where our dog had accidents are perfectly clean. To folks complaining about the long wait times, we too had to wait 2 weeks. That said, first, they aren't an emergency service. If your carpet got that messed up, call an actual 24/7 service, it's what they're for.
