I had Stanly Steamer come out yesterday and didn't touch my floors compared to Zerorez! Zerorez came out the day I called and actually cleaned my carpet and stairs! I would HIGHLY recommend Zerorez to anyone. Good job guys you have a customer for life!!!! Tevin the technician was great and wasn't trying to sell the product. The product sells it self.

We used ZeroRez for the first time today based on hearing about them on WZPL. We were very impressed with the entire process, from scheduling with Jennifer to having the carpets cleaned by Andy. He recommended different services to think about but it was not high pressure sales. Our carpets look great and we’ll be using ZeroRez again in the future!

Their service is amazing. My fiancée and I bought a house with nasty carpets. They had stains and worn spots everywhere. The carpets came out beautifully and we couldn’t be happier. Technicians were super friendly and professional.

This is the first time I used Zerorez in Indy. Fantastic service and Andy the young man who did our job was very helpful and professional. I like the fact that Zerorez uses no chemicals just low ph level processed water.

When I got online to book an appointment, it showed that all employees were tied up today. Within minutes I had someone text me, and actually get me in! I really needed it done today, so I was extremely appreciative of her help. I was supposed to have someone here between 2 and 4:00, and Eric was right on time. He did an amazing job! We have a puppy that isn’t quite trained yet, and Eric got all urine smells out! My carpet looks and feels brand new! Will definitely be using Zerorez again!
