RecommendedAdonis did an excellent job with cleaning my carpet. I had pet spots and he was able to get them out. My carpet looks brand new! Thank you Adonis for being very professional and explaining the cleaning process to me. Great job and I would recommend Zerorez to anyone!!!

Sad to say but I have used them for years and been very happy, but our last service I think they had an inexperienced cleaner and he destroyed our carpet! Literally pulled the carpet from the base with the scrubbing machine. They sent a manager to look at it and they just quickly said not our problem contact the carpet manufacturer. Really? I've always said that mark of a true business is not providing a service but if you have a problem how do they handle it....well zerorez, you fail. I mean they didn't even offer to refund... read more
