The technician was very nice and conscientious but I would not recommend the actual cleaning process. I had two club chairs cleaned and a white area rug . The chairs were only 3 years old but arms did not come totally clean and the rug did not come clean and I threw away after paying to clean, just not useable. So nothing special about this cleaning process. We have no children or pets so hard to believe these items couldn’t come cleaner.
