Just as promised the cleaning process went smooth and happen on time. My carpets were not in bad shape but did have some wear patterns in high traffic areas. The best part is that the carpets dried soft to the touch in about 6 hours and there was NO crunchy or sticky feeling

We’ve had Zerorez come out regularly for nearly 3 years and have never been disappointed! The Associates are always very considerate, and work very hard. Today, Erik cleaned our carpets, plus cleaned/sealed the tile/grout in our kitchen. Everything looks great!
