RecommendedZerorez showed up at the beginning of the agreed upon time window. They prepped the house, explained the process, and were highly professional. They even had an attachment that allowed me to see the dirty water coming out of the carpet. Afterwards, I asked him to redo a few spots and he did with pride in providing a super service. I would use them again!

Our cleaner, Noah, was early and called us 20-30 min before he arrived. We reviewed our requirements with him and he proceeded with the test spot demonstration. Noah then proceeded to clean the two items of furniture. He then cleaned the carpet as we contracted. He completed all the work in about two and one half hours. We found Noah to be very pleasant with an engaging smile and would ask for him to do our carpet and furniture cleaning the next time. The workmanship was great! Thank you, Herb & Mary Jane.

Adonis is the gentleman who came out. He was professional and very knowledgeable about his service and did an amazing job on my carpets 😁. I have used an expensive carpet cleaner that I have owned for years but I highly recommend Zerorez and I will be using their services again!

Great attention to detail to specific needs or spots on carpet. Made sure we were satisfied with the work prior to putting his equipment back in the truck. Tevin, is one of the best for a reason.
