We were pleased with our first Zerorez experience. We were able to schedule an appointment very quickly due to a cancellation. We communicated through text from setting up the appointment to the arrival of the technician, which was great! The technician called to let us know he was 35 minutes away. Our technician did a very thorough cleaning job in two bedrooms and an ottoman. He was friendly, polite, and interacted with our two dogs. We thought the price was very affordable. They did a great job , even put down a pet spray to help get rid of the skunk smell from our dog getting sprayed at no charge . Would highly recommend them
