They were 2-4 hours behind. I could see why, one guy doing everything and I live on the third floor. That being said. MY CARPET LOOKS FABULOUS! Better than when I moved in actually. No weird chemical smell, I will definitely use them from now on. May get some furniture cleaned next.
This company does not use harsh chemicals. My 8 yr old carpets look fantastic. The polite and timely technician Adonis was very informative, thorough and efficient. He pretreated with softened, electrically charged water and natural orange scent, followed by a deep hot water cleaning/extraction. He even gifted us a bottle of spot removal. Ty Adonis and ty Zerorez.
Nathan was great, very helpful in explanation and work ethic. We appreciated his honesty about the old flooring he was working with today.
Does not clean well. back to Stanley Steemer.
