RecommendedTechnician was polite technically proficient and very helpful. The cleaning was thorough and the carpet remained soft and was not soaked through like many carpet cleanings I have had.

I had some stubborn stains in my family room that were caused by unteported spills, dirty shoes and an ailing pet. Tom took the time to inspect these areas, treat them and with the zerorez process, the stains seem to be gone. Very happy with the results.

The very polite, educated young man arrived on time. He completed the job in a timely manner. Every reasonable stain came up and few I didn't think he could get are gone. My house smells clean and carpet looks amazing. I will use zerorez again. He also explained that zerorez spelled backwards is zerorez. :)
