I contacted Zerorez from a flyer I received in the mail with a special. It was very easy to schedule a convenient appointment and the technician arrived when expected. He gave us none of the explanation of the process like our confirmation email said he would. We had a family room, master suite, hallway and stairs cleaned. They charge by the number of stairs instead of as a room. The cleaning took about an hour and we waited the 4-5 hours for it to dry before sweeping and moving back furniture.
