The tech showed up earlier than anticipated and was friendly and did a great job. He was very patient answering my grandsons’ questions and explaining what he was doing to them. Carpet looks good!
My carpets and area rug looks amazing. Can’t believe how the colors in the area rug are so much brighter. Just like when I first bought it.
They were very thorough and John was an exceptionally nice person!
