I own and operate a flooring company called Blinds To Floors. Most carpet warranties require a cleaning at least once a year.My manufactures rep for Mohawk had recommended Zerorez. It was a great recommendation. Professional,Courteous, Punctual. Trust me, this isn’t a back scratcher. I will see after the carpet dries and how it looks in a few weeks but so far I am impressed with this company. The technician explained how they do everything. He was very clean cut, very nice.
