Tyler did an excellent job. He showed up on time and even called 15 minutes prior to let me know he was on his way. My carpets look like new. This is the second time I’ve used them. I would definitely recommend their service.

I chose Zerorez for my carpets to get a fresh start after housebreaking a new puppy, and I’m stoked with the finished product. My carpets look great, and there’s no overwhelming smell like I’ve experienced with carpet cleaning in the past. Derek was on-time, professional and even made time for belly scratches with my dog. I got a heads-up phone call when he was about 30 minutes out, which was helpful so I could get my kid on the bus and not worry about missing his arrival. All in all, a great experience.

Did an awesome job cleaning the carpets and was very professional and polite.
Super pleased with Xerorez responsiveness. I sent a Facebook message as I was looking and hoping for same day service. Message person responded very quickly and we were able to have carpet cleaned this morning and they look and smell fantastic. Super pleased.
