RecommendedAwesome job! Showed up on time, reviewed each room before starting. Tech also spent more time prepping the carpet to be cleaned than all other carpet services spent to do the entire cleaning. Smells amazing and looks so good! 100% recommend Zerorez!

The technician that came out, Tom, was very polite, thorough, and answered any question that I had. The final walk-through showed any specific stain that was addressed in the beginning was eliminated and the citrus scent is wonderful--great pricing, too! Thank you, Zerorez!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Many thanks to Brandon Major for his hard work, and most importantly, his communication skills. Brandon kept me abreast of his progress with a previous client, which allowed me to relay what stage of vacuuming and furniture moving I was at. As a result, the cleaning process was done sooner than expected so that I can start on the next project at my Sister’s house. Zerorez and Brandon brought new life to aged, sad-looking carpeting.

Zerorez did an amazing job in our house. After loosing our dear sweet kittie we needed to get our house back. Matt did an amazing job! The smell is gone and the spots are gone! The carpet looks like new. Everyone was so kind about the loss of our kittie and how hard the process is, I really appreciated their empathy!
