Horrible cleaning service! The guy was in and out in 30 minutes. Still very dirty and he said that was as good as it was going to get. My husband rented a carpet cleaner the same day and was able to clean it better than Zerorez. A total waste of money! Customer service has been nonexistent and no one is apologetic for the bad service.
Matt did a great job and was very respectful of my home. Will definitely recommend this company to those who need it’s service.
