You guys have got to be kidding me. My friend Hamza brought you his beautiful Mustang GT for a simple oil change. Not only did you get oil and dirt all over his interior (alcantara doesn’t like dirt...) and scratch his paint but then you somehow managed to break his front bumper splitter and blame HIM for it! Very disappointed in how you treated one of your customers. How are YOUR employees going to damage someone else’s property and have the audacity to blame him saying that the damage was already there before the service...Man up and fix your mistakes, not to even mention that he has been without his car for over a week on a simple oil change. You should re-evaluate how you treat the people that comes through your door.
We love Wynne Ford! John Goode has been our Salesperson on our last 4 vehicles from Wynne Ford and he is always Awesome and takes good care of us. Dave Kruger, Service Manager, is always pleasant and takes good care of us when we bring our vehicles in for service. We are loyal Wynne Ford clients for Life!!!

My experience with the service department (Specifically Casey) couldn't have been better. He did an incredible job at keeping me abreast of the process and timeline of when my car would be completed as well as answering my questions in layman terms. I called a few times myself and each time I was able to get connected and speak with someone promptly with being on hold for at the most 45 seconds. Exceptional customer service.
