Mike in the Quick Lane took great care of my wifes truck. It needed a lot of unexpected items to pass inspection, Mike walked me through it on the phone and coordinated for getting the work completed in a timely manner. Some tech's were out sick and Mike went above and beyond by getting my wife a loaner when the truck wasn't ready - saving me a trip from Norfolk to pick up my wife myself.
Went to purchase a vehicle advertised on their website today, for $24,750 and was told the price is actually over $29,000. Even had $25,150 written on the windshield in bright colors. I understand adding taxes, tags, destination fee, but they added for accessories that were listed in the online ad.

I've brought my vehicle in for body work for a few years now from bumper to grill paint and Brandon Kent and his team has taken great care of me I've recommended a couple buddies that recently pcs'd into the area for body work go to these guys they'll take care of you!
BEWARE! Specifically only authorized running credit thru 2 banks.... they ran 7 banks on my credit report! Slid in a $3,000 extended warranty We also said we didn't want. ( had it removed) clearly only interested in selling the car NOT the customer. Thankfully We get the Z plan and we were not overcharged for the vehicle. I will be writing a letter of formal complaint to Ford. These 7 inquires stay on your report for 2 years and have brought My Daughters credit down considerably.
