After being bullied by another Ford dealership to buy a car that I didn't like I decided to come to Wynne and see if things would be different. I walked in, told Rich the car I was interested in and the team went to work. It was a very pleasurable experience after dealing with the other dealership. FYI they ended up calling me to try to work something out with the car I wanted, by the time I agreed to meet with them Wynne was working on the paperwork. Glad I went!!
Its a Wynne. They make it seem like you get free car care , but yet always find something to charge you for . Free oil changes ...well yes and no. Always want to charge for tire rotation too...
The service department is always so helpful and I don't take my vehicles anywhere else for service!
