I took my car to Wynne to figure out the problem with my computer in my Ford Focus, (music, navigation, etc. was all not operating, screen was black) resulting in a part needed to be replaced. I chose to get it fixed (the part being over 1000 dollars), and was contacted two different times that they had ordered the wrong part. When in the service office dropping my car off and returning to pick up my car, the staff were either on the phone with an angry customer or talking to another worker about a customer (not nicely).
Last week I brought my 2016 F-150 in for inspection and the works. They were very busy but I got the work done in a reasonable amount of time. All personnel were friendly and all said hello. I have bought a 2014 Flex and a 2016 F-150 off road crew cab from John Goad. He is a really great guy. He keeps in touch and we speak every time I visit the dealership. I bought a 2018 mustang and after a month of owning it the drivers door was rubbing the front fender. The body shop told me my keys would be in the console and the car was in the wash. When i went to pick it up the car was behind the gate, no key in sight, and dirty. The next day they told me they would bring me the key and showed up late in the day after i had talked to them when they opened.
Had a great experience with this dealership. From talking to Scott, to Marvin selling me my 2018 mustang and finishing the paperwork with Hunter. All there were friendly and made me feel comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone.
I had a trip planned from Florida to get a 2018 f250 truck. We negotiated on truck price. We negotiated my trade send pictures. Got approved by my bank. They were ok we will fed ex papers to you so you can send payment back. That way we lock down truck before I drive there calls back today to say we can't do that deal anymore. Be careful when buying.
This is the third car I have purchased from Wynne Ford. 2016 Ford Taurus, 2017 Ford Mustang & now 2018 Lincoln Continental. All thanks to Bill Balance, His service is out standing, making my purchase the easiest ever! I love my new car! Wynne Ford is a great Company to do business with and I plan to call Bill Balance in the near future for another vehicle for my grandson. Their service is A # one!
They were great! Friendly and not pushy like other car salesmen. Really listened to me and helped me get the car I needed at a good price.
