Drove all the way from south Mississippi to trade my Grand Cherokee for a 2018 expedition. They had the best price by far out of the 40+ dealerships I called. There were no gimmicks, hidden fees, hassles, etc. and everyone was so friendly and helpful. We will be making the drive again when the time comes to purchase another Ford vehicle! THANKS!!!
I am a repeat customer at Wynne Ford! Bought a 2010 Explorer and kept it for almost years. Their service department always takes good care of me! The dealership is clean and the sales staff, admin, and service staff are all efficient, friendly, and helpful! John Goad is the man to see. Laid back, no pressure salesman. Good overall experience, got a great car, but really cringe when its time to go to different offices and people for them to push extra packages for more money. No offense to these people doing those jobs, just hate it. ( If I want something extra, I'll ask.) Cars are super expensive now-a-days and the last thing I want is added pressure.

Today you quickly resolved an issue I was having concerning a replacement part and THATS one of the reasons why I keep coming back. Took my 2015 Ford Edge un for a trip check last week- obviously they did not check the battery cause it was corroded and the alternator fried! Now I’m stuck on the side of the road AGAIN... three women stuck on the side of the road, and every time I call for VP I’m told I can talk to her VM!!! They don’t give a crap about their customers!
The prep/detail department is spot on when they detail your vehicle. I recommend them over anyone else.
I was in an accident that totaled my truck. Went to several dealers and then went back to Wynne. I found my "baby" on their computer listing. Great price. I don't regret buying from them at all and I recommend anyone to buy Wynne Ford. I love to just visit and chat. They're always receptive of my visits.
