My last 2 appointments for oil changes were unacceptable. The previous appointment took between 3 to 4 hours to complete. I was given the service for free but that didn't make up for 4 hours of my time. The last appointment I was there for an hour and fifteen minutes before they tool my vehicle. For my wait I was given a senior citizens discount for a big $1.95. This was discrimination from the standpoint that I didn't give them my age, how did they determine that I am a senior citizen?
