Took days to even look at vehicle, ZERO communication, absolutely no returned phone calls. What should have taken maybe four days took nine days! That was on one car. Took another car in and wasn't told that service was closed on Saturdays when they called Friday night to let us know it was ready! Will never go back!

Dropped my 2006 Ford Mustang GT for passenger airbag recall. My car was there all day and upon finally picking up after I called twice bezel trim piece by radio dash cover was scratched and grease finger prints were on the dashboard cover. Would not take my car again to Wynne. The car only has 63,000 miles and interior was in immaculate shape. Also, the service shop had five people sitting at their desks and I had to say good morning before we were even acknowledged.
Lorie is amazing. She made sure that all my computer problems were solved. Thank you Lorie!
