I searched a couple different Ford dealers for a used Edge. Wynne had the best deal with lower miles than all the other dealers. I went to Wynne rather than going to a Ford dealer closer to me because Rich (car salesman) was great to work with! He had all my papers ready to go which made the buying experience go much faster! I highly recommend calling him!
Getting ready to tow our RV in a few days when the check engine light came on in our truck. They got me in, ordered the part and had it installed and fixed in 24 hrs. Ready for our trip. Thanks Wynne Ford! You guys are the best!

If I could give Wynne Ford 0 Stars, I would. I contacted Wynne Ford off of the recommendation of a friend. I told the salesman upfront what I could afford and what type of down payment I had to put up. I was told that he had an approval, thinking that the approval was under my terms. He showed me a car I fell in love with, my family and I came back up to the dealership and they pulled a bait-and-switch, after i sat in tunnel traffic for AN HOUR AND A HALF. Through out all my car buying I have had a great experience buying for Wynn Ford. Buy the time we were done I felt like family. I would like to say that Kaylin did a great job selling me the Edge. Michele was an enormous help to me getting my Suv completed the way I wanted. Michele has really helped with all my extra items I needed to purchase for my car and a present for my son's birthday. Traded in our 2006 Hummer H3 for a 2014 Ford Fusion yesterday. Keith was very knowledgeable and understanding to our situation. The staff was very nice and even played ball with my 10 year old son to help him pass the time. Great group of people!!!!
