The ford service department in this dealer is the reason why I don't drive ford anymore . Don't waste your time and money with them . Took my business truck there And they told me it needs engine and I paid $95 inspection fee and over $200 to the tow truck, then i found out that they didn't even check it , they just charged me the money and told me to take it from there. I fixed the truck in a local shop for less that $100 and its in perfect condition now . DONT GO TO THIS DEALER

My husband and I have bought 4 vehicles in the past 3 years from Wynne Ford! Bobby Quinn sold us our current beautiful vehicles in April 2015. My husband's 2015 F-150 is an awesome truck with all the bells and whistles! My 2016 Ford Explorer is a roomy SUV with pretty leather seats and the unique exterior color called Blue Jean. I hate that Wynne Ford started taking appointments. I used to be able to get my vehicle fixed the day of or the next day now I an 5 says out. I took my car in because it had no heat. They have it back to me and said they couldn't duplicate the problem. I knew the problem now I went back to show them the problem. Now I have to wait 5 says for them to fix my car. Pisa poor troubleshooting by their techs and poor device promise.
Easy deal, no drama, and awesome service! You just can't go wrong with this place!
