Sales department = Great Service department = Sucks You make a appointment just to drive 45 minutes to be told “it will be around 2 1/2 hour wait! (Just for a oil change) First the staff is rude. I pull in no one even acknowledges me as I stand beside my truck waiting on somebody to help as 4 people are just staring at there computers. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
RecommendedI always receive excellent service through Dan Blocker and his staff. I would highly recommend World Ford to friends.

World Ford is most certainly THE PLACE to go if you are looking for a vehicle to call your own! Marco at the Pre-owned lot was EXTRAORDINARILY helpful & treated us with care throughout the entire process. We honestly cannot thank him enough for all he has done! Marco & his team absolutely went above & beyond & we could not have asked for a smoother car purchase! We left with a smile on our faces & a beautiful new car :)
Appointment was at 9:30, but didn’t get out until 10:45 And I only had a oil change and tires rotated

Service department friendly and professional. Have worked with Hertz rental company over the years and w azad s pleased with the outcome with the service department.
I had a wonderful experience ! World Ford let me look at what I wanted without feeling pressured into buying. They knew their vehicles and answered all my questions. Everyone was very polite. I’m glad I got my new vehicle from here. I think Felix was the one that I worked with.

First time I took car in, I left it all day and nothing was done to it. I was told that it was but when I drive but I knew better. They rotated and balanced the tires and when I drove it the tires vibrated and it pulled to the left. The gentleman I dealt with was not concerned a bit. I spoke with the service manager and took it back yesterday and everything was fixed to perfection. I could tell as soon as I turned the wheel on my car to leave that my tires had been fixed the way they should be. They fixed a few other things ... read more
The service personal are a pleasure to work with. My issue is I bring my car in for an oil change, and no exception it always takes from 2 to 3 hours. Not sure why something as simple as an oil change takes that long. Need to work on that
