I went into the service shop because of a steering bolt recall. I was told it could take up to 4 hrs. so I went prepared with my book and IPad. I was pleasantly surprised that in 30 minutes they were finished. They were both quick, efficient and very pleasant.

I called for an appointment for an air bag replacement and was scheduled right away. I was seen quickly, the job was done in good time and I was on my way. This is the same type of experience I’ve had each time I have brought our cars in for service at World Ford.
