This is my second airbag recall with world. 5th airbag recall including another dealership. This is the same vehicle. Getting checked in was fairly simple. I was told when making the most recent appointment there would be a rental available. There was not. Had to take a shuttle back to work. RecommendedTim in the Service Department was excellent. We were visiting Pcola from Virginia for Christmas and our Ford Explorer needed the Heat/AC repaired. Repairs were quick and completed very professionally. Tim kept us up to date with the status of repairs.

Absolute TOP notch dealership ..Service department on a 1-10 scale was a 100 ..!!..Sales staff was beyond outstanding .Service writer brought me coffee and the news paper..Even though they looked very busy to me ...my vehicle was finished in no time at all..!!
I was treated very curtiously today for my service due. Work performed was done in a timely manner and vehicle returned in clean order.

told to come in battery replacement was covered by warranty. Then told they only replace 1 battery per warranty. wanted to speak to service manager and he hid. This place is the reason i got rid of all my Ford products.
