The service department needs work. I had a 0945 appointment to get the oil changed in my truck. It took 5 min before someone greeted me to ask me what I needed help with. Then it took over 2 hours to get my oil changed. People came in after and left before me. No update or apology for the wait. If I didn't have a warranty for maintenance I'd take my service elsewhere.

I did not purchase my vehicle at world Ford but I have always taken it there for service. On this particular occasion I called around 10 AM and asked about a walk in for an oil change and how long I would have to wait. I was told after lunch would be the best time to bring it in that day and was given a 1 o’clock walk in appointment. My service writer was very friendly and helpful. They did an outstanding job with the quality of work they performed. They found multiple issues with my power train that I was not aware of and fixed them all under warranty. Their communication to me about what was going on with my truck could have been better but in the end, I’d rather have my truck in the shop longer and have everything fixed than have to bring it back because they didn’t fix everything they found. 4/5 stars.
