2.5 hour oil change is just Ridiculous and I set a appointment, when I asked service writer about a loaner vehicle to get my errands done he said they don’t offer a loaner vehicle. Said they had a shuttle but to just drop you off. Hmmm buy a 80k dollar truck an get worst service. Wish sandy sansing Chevrolet would do the service never had a problem from them!! Very aggravated with world ford an their service department.

I've had my F350 work truck in there twice for the same thing and it still is not fixed so either somebody didn't do the work they said they did or they just don't know what they're doing

Took way to much time total of six hours to do the job. Had to go home the first day with nothing being done after three hours. Second day job was done after another three hours. I am not mad about it but it was an excessive amount of time for a small job. The service tech was very nice and did his part well.
