The people at World Ford always take care of my car and make sure everything is done the way it's supposed to. I've never had troubles with them. Good people there.

I made an appointment for my car to be looked at on Wednesday, dec. 5th at 9:45AM. What is the point of making an appointment for a certain time on a certain day if its not going to be looked at until TWO days later!?!?!
