When I pulled in to the service department, everyone looks at you like you are an alien then it starts down the line so and so can you help this customer they are busy then the next then to the next finally after standing there being ignored for about 10 minutes one of the service men finally rolls his eyes and waits on me. I let him know I have an appointment. He looks it up in the computer and lets me know it will take a while and I could wait in the line airing area. Excellent service I went in for a oil change because I had to go down to South Florida I called at 3 o’clock they put me in at 4:15 I was out by 435 you can’t beat that kind of service I will recommend ford world service department to everyone see Justin
