the absolute worst experience I've ever had using Ford Motor Credit and Premiere Services who handles their GAP insurance. I had a total loss on my vehicle 12/20/18 here it is three months later and it's still not taken care of due to Lost faxes misinformation sent from one to the other a total run around. do yourself a favor don't buy a Ford. go elsewhere.
