First time visiting World Ford Had a factory recall on my ford F150 danger of transmission downshifting into first gear by itself. Very organized and professional. Waiting lounge very comfortable included complementary coffee and refreshments. Repair was completed in a timely manner. Will definitely go there again if the need arises! :-)
