RecommendedAwesome Service Wesley was great
Service department and people at World Ford are great. Not happy with product, 2015 F-250 w/6.7 diesel. 4th or 5th time to dealer for the same issue, DEF/DPF sensors. I truly believe that this vehicle will leave me stranded on the side of the road one day with my 5th wheel hooked to it in the middle of nowhere.
Called at 8;00 in the morning had apt by 9;30. Needed to repair lock switch and new key fob. Discovered leak on coolant system. Found leaking in water pump! Was able to get part quickly. service driver dropped me off for lunch. Vehicle was ready before I finished my lunch! Service driver has to be one of the kindest gentleman! Was leaving dealership by 2:25. So glad I discovered that problem and I wasn’t stuck alongside the road somewhere!!! Great customer care!

This was my first time using World Ford. I appreciated the way they kept me informed via text and that they emailed me a copy of the report. Very nice and easy to work with.
The service writers are awesome, now the bad stuff. 3 hours to change oil and filter and rotate and balance 4 tires is inexcusable. I had an appointment for 9.45. I checked in at 9.37. I checked out at 12.40. This is the 3rd time I have been for service and it take at least 2 hours and 20 minutes for the same maintenance. Today is the last for me.
If you’re looking to purchase a new vehicle, I recommend asking for Robin. She is knowledgeable, fun to work with and you won’t be disappointed.
