Came in today looking for a new car and was greeted with a smile the second I walked in. My parents have purchased many vehicles from World Ford in the past and have always had a great experience. I was paired up with a newer salesmen named Blake and he was PHENOMENAL. He was extremely acknowledgeable about all of the vehicles I looked at and wasn’t pushy about anything at all. Brought in my car for a recall and the high pressure was on from the get go to have repairs and diagnostics done. I just had a service and diagnostic done a week ago at a trusted dealer and...hmmm, I got different results on everything from tire wear to brake pad wear to battery replacement. Talked to other Ford and Lincoln owners I know and they said to avoid this place unless you have more money than sense.
