Sean was my service advisor. He was kind and efficient. Loved their communication via text! Made it so much easier to keep posted during work hours. My car was in and out in under 24 hours for recall work. Only area of improvement I see is the ability to get a loaner car for recall work again! Nicely done World Ford!
Awful service overall. Had my car randomly shutting off while driving on the highway but was told to just keep a full tank which didn’t work and they call/text/email me by the wrong name. It’s not matria it’s Maria. Had the worst time getting ahold of them and a six hour job took three days which ended in me being told they didn’t do any work and would call me when they could and that happened to be three months later.
They had to order several parts, but the car was ready when promised.
Service department got me in and out quickly. Sean was great service advisor.
