I made an appt. for Oil change n tire rotation. Service was kind of slow, took almost two hours. Normally, with appt., it only takes an hour max. Also, asked for rear windshield wiper cover missing to replace and put a new wiper on and service didnt even let me know if part could be ordered? I know you can improve your service if you take a little more interest in your customers concerns.
Smoothe experience setting appointment online. Great amenities in the waiting area. I was able to work from my laptop while waiting for my car to be serviced. Allison kept me informed of everything needing to be done and that was done for my car. My lug nuts had swollen and they replaced these at no charge. My car drives much smoother since being serviced by World Ford. Great Service, Easy to schedule, quality work.
Terry was very easy to work with. Got us in and out in no time when we bought our Jeep this weekend.
