they took my car in on Monday at 745 did not look at or touch it at all , I called them they called me back at 5:00 PM told me I could pick it up and bring it back the next day ,after it was a scheduled appointment. finally they kept the car and fixed the problem on Wednesday

Had my truck taken in. Jeff communicated everything that was going on and what stage the repairs were in. he was polite, considerate and understood and addressed any concerns I had. The repair work was quick and efficient and the staff took great care of me.
Tried going somewhere else the day before and wasn’t happy with what they were offering (tried selling me a used suv with 112k miles). It seemed like they cared more about making money than helping me get the car that was right for me. Marco was my salesman at World Ford. He and the sales manager there made sure I was taken care of. I ended up walking out of there with a 2018 Honda Civic with only 11k miles for almost the same price as the other dealership wanted to sell me the suv for.
