Service advisor:Tim We had planned to go on a trip and had an unexpected issue with the vehicle but we were told because we hadn’t been there before we needed to do a full inspection which could take up to 4hrs; but they could fit us in(15min increments were avail), so we got there within 30min of the call. We were told they unfortunately overbook similar to airlines?? We tried to replace the batteries in the keyfobs but they only had one battery.
