Please avoid doing any service work at World Ford. They quoted a figure for doing complete diagnostics then the bill was triple the quote with a BS excuse for why. Will never do business with this company.

Ford Fusion Hybrid Imagine you’re driving in Florida weather, add in a tropical storm on the verge of becoming hurricane. Most disorganized and dishonest car dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Twisted my arm to take a vehicle home for an extended test drive when I told them I had some other vehicles I wanted to look at. Then sold it out from under me that night and demanded I return immediately the next morning. Very unprofessional. Need a restructure of management if they can’t even manage a few sales people and their own inventory.
RecommendedI want to thank Dan Blocker, Brandy Wells, and Rolly Holmes for great service at World Ford today. My Truck and RV were serviced, and as usual, I was treated like royalty! The sales people always treat you well at the time of purchase, but what I remember the most is how I am treated after the sale. That’s what makes me a loyal customer! I sincerely appreciate the professional service from World Ford and wish I could find that kind of service everywhere.
Made an appointment for “the works” on 17 F250 at 2:30 on a Tuesday. Turned into a 3 and a half hour service for oil change. Every one is nice which is a plus, however this doesn’t change the fact they couldn’t do a basic service in a timely manner. No reason was given as to why it was so long.

They always do a great job complete my 2017 F250’s required maintenance in a short amount of time. And the service staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
