RecommendedHad reg service done as always on Friday and Sunday check for trip to Ks coolant still very low brake fluid low & spare tire had 20psi in it. Other then that all good
I had an 8:00am appt for routine maintenance and a couple minor things and I was there for 2-1/2hrs. What’s the point of making an appt if you’re gonna be there for that long.
The people that I have helped me...sales rep, service writers, etc.
Fiancé went to get information on a trade, was treated like garbage by the manager/ assistant manager of used sales. His job is to sell cars, not treat the public any sort of way. Will not be doing business with them.
Turbo went on my F450 coming from Jacksonville to Pensacola to a horse show. Got to grounds n contacted World Ford. Even though they were slammed with diesel work they took my truck immediately and got it back to me next day. Brian was awesome ! And even better the work was covered under warranty. Also kudos to US Rider for the covered tow.❤️❤️
Horrible treatment was told by a manager to conduct myself in a better professional manner and I was trying to buy from them. Don’t go to ford they suck.
I dropped my car off while it was still under warranty and mileage. They let me leave knowing the issues was not resolved. When I discovered the issues wasn’t resolved I contacted the service department in an attempt to find out what my next step should be. After doing what was recommended by the service department associate the issue is still present. I’ve left numerous messages with the service manager, Frank, as well as the General Manager, Jason McDonald. I have yet to receive a phone call back from either one of them.
Service was great and time efficient. The entire team was courteous. Thank you World Ford.
