We took our car in for service. They never told us our car was ready. Then they did not complete half the things we went for . Went for oil change and tire rotation and asked they check the tire pressure in all tires. When we tried to contact the service manager twice they never returned our phone calls.
RecommendedWent here looking for a part for my Ford Escape. After finding out they didn’t have it I left frustrated. As I’m walking out Blake chases me down to let me know that the part I was looking for might not be the problem and that it could be something else. He sat with me and figured out it was actually something else and that the part had a recall on it. They got me into the shop to fix it the same day. This was at 3 on a Saturday and they close at 4. Great people. Great service.
Customer service is horrible. I have now waited three days for Justin customer service representative and one day for the customer service manager to call me back. I have never had a problem before with World Ford before this.
I took my car in to be serviced and the experience was great.
