Service Manager was very professional
Service department made an opening to take my car in immediately for a battery change. They were upbeat an helpful throughout the time, and turned the job around in less than a day.
The service department was exceptional. Katie Ferrell was the service advisor that helped me could not have asked for better service .

World Ford has the BEST Customer Service! I took my Escape in for service & was greeted by every employee I ran into while walking back to the service Dept. A very kind gentleman got up from his desk & personally walked me through the door & introduced me to another friendly face, Charles!
