RecommendedTheir service department and service advisor Judy LaChance is top notch. Judy listens to the customers concerns, effectively communicates with the technicians and keeps the customer updated on a daily basis. It is apparent that their service technicians are very skilled craftsmen and take pride in their work. I drive past several Ford dealers to get to the World Ford Service Department. They are well worth the drive.
Katie was great and very helpful. We will be going back for our next service.

This is the worst place to buy a car! I have had a brand new car with 1,500 miles on it there for over a week now. I took my car in and received a text from Miranda on the 16th saying they ordered my part that day but today when I went there and my part was not order my parts where just ordered yesterday!!!! Also, my taillights needed replaced that was on my IOU when I bought the car 2 months ago well they just order those also and only 1 taillight is in. Great folks. Great service. Personnel are extremely competent in performing their jobs. A caring place. If you want good people and full-service professional results, the World Ford service department is where you should take your vehicle.
