I brought a car in a few weeks ago and rats got into my Expedition and chewed up multiple seats. Should never happen.

had a great experience here at ford got a great deal on a fully serviced used vehicle my sales person Earl was very helpful and there to answer my question I noticed the transmission was slipping and Earl went our of his way and took it to the manufactured dealership and come to find out there was a recall and they fixed it at no Charge the car is beautiful and runs great thank you Earl for the awesome service and being there for Us we will be back to buy again

Chris Garrido in the service department was most helpful in getting my truck taken care of in a very quick and efficient manner.
They scratched my rims extremely bad the first time and didn’t tell me the issues with the car as to why it was scratched. I come back the next day and they blamed it on me and my stuff as to why it was scratched. It wasn’t even balanced right and they didn’t tell me the first time as to why. I had to come back a second time to even get an understanding and they want me to come back again to put my old rims on? Put my reservation for a new Bronco with World Ford Pensacola. Received a text stating that they would help answer questions, the texts didn’t come off professional. When I called about their Doc fee, they said $500, but when I text to confirm it, it was $800. The answers were inconsistent. I ended up moving my reservation to another dealership.

World Ford Pensacola; July 2020 Who buys a band new vehicle hoping that it will turn out to have serious problems, and that your dealer’s service department will be absolutely terrible, too…??? Let’s face it, we spend a whole lot of money on a new vehicle (mine is a Ford Super Duty diesel truck) and in the process the dealership promises you terrific service if you ever need it, but what if their service department is horrible?
