Run folks-anywhere BUT here. They set appointments 2 weeks out (10/17), take the keys to your car at the appointment time (10/31 @ 7:15 am), and assign techs to diagnose the car 5 days after that (11/05 after 12 noon). They also charge you for repair work that would fall under powertrain warranties. Buy and repair elsewhere-also 2019 ford fusion hybrid, less than 38,000 miles now for sale.

The Service staff is rude and does not understand the concept of an “appointment”. This location also does not honor power train warranties (My daughther has been stuggling to get them to cover a issue for about three weeks-and they’ve had her car under an “appointment” for six days). Very quick and easy!! Chris Jones was very responsive and coordinated remote sale. Fair trade in allowance. Completed paperwork remotely. Steve in finance was very helpful. Overall best buying experience ever.

They stand behind their vehicles. There was a preexisting issue with my car that I bought in July in which the dealership discovered after I bought the vehicle and they fixed the issue without cost to me. Katie was a great customer service representative and was very professional. I will be recommending this dealership to all my friends.

They could improve by not selling used cars with serious problems and then ignoring the customer when repairs are due. Their manager, Mr. McDonald has asked me to call him. I did, now I’m getting ignored.
